Based On Arcgis Economy Coupled Mode Ditch Domain Build-benefit Analysis

The province of Tibet is a ethnic areas of China, which the economic development has lagged behind other provinces in the East Midlands. With its unique ecological status, Tibet is not suitable to choose the Second Industry as pillar industry, which brings the high pollution, high energy consumption, high emission. According to the special characteristics of the closed economic system of Tibetan areas, Tibet is a ditch economy. So considering the ecological, economic and social system, it has important theory significance to propose a sustainable coupling mode which also has realistic significance to increase the Tibet's farmers income.This study mainly includes:(1) describe the ditch economic features of Tibet, such asâ‘ the various types of land in the ditch;â‘¡the conomic activity was happened along the ditch, and they get together in the intersections of ditchesâ‘¢the traditional coupling patterns are broken, but the new balance has not yet been established.(2) In based on the practical research in the "YLN" region of Tibet, using ArcGIS and SPSS software to build the coupled-benefit model to analysis the ecological, economic and social system. Analysis of the results turn out that the sustainable development of Tibet and its natural geographical system has a strong correlation, the most important is that the social system development are the main factor affect the whole system. Therefore to protect ecological as a start work, and promote the social development level vigorously, Tibet's economy will achieve a new leap forward.(3) Building the agriculture mode which means "animals born on the top of the ditch and grown in the bottom; born in the tributary ditch and grown in the main ditch",and proposing the other effective coupling mode are proved that it could greatly improve the production level and sustainable development of ditch economy.(4) In base of building the coupling mode and simulate the benefit of the coupling mode, the paper proposed the policies and measures of developing the Tibet's "YNL" region, in which to make the agriculture and tourism coupling as the leading industries,develop the infrastructure vigorously and optimize the regional industry planning and layout, the last one is to promote the characteristic industrialization.
