As the development of national economy, the rising of residents'living quality, and the increasing of residents'safety awareness, people have higher and higher demand on products quality and freshness, this has put forward higher requirements for agricultural products to reach the consumers rapidly and safely, circulation in the agro-industrial chain is becoming more important. The integration of modern logistics systems is the carrier and basis of agricultural product circulation. Enhancing logistics capabilities can achieve the organic connection among agricultural product, circulation and consumption, determine the costs and benefits of circulation, affect customer satisfaction, thereby affecting agricultural product circulation performance. There are the intrinsic links between agricultural product logistics capabilities and agricultural product circulation performance. Therefore, this study is meaningful to select them as study objects. This thesis deep researches the impact factors of agricultural product logistics capacities which affect agricultural product circulation performance, analyzes the relationship between variables and reveals the mechanism of agricultural product logistics capacities to the development of agricultural product circulation. This thesis mainly does empirical study on the mechanism of agricultural product logistics capabilities to agricultural product circulation performance. First, it discusses the concept and the features of agricultural product circulation performance and agricultural product logistics capabilities on basis of related literature. And then it further studies the internal and external forming power of agricultural product logistics capabilities. Then, it analyzes the relational theory and content of agricultural product logistics capabilities and agricultural product circulation performance to study their related factors and evaluation index and establish the corresponding measurement index system. Next, it proposes the hypothesis about the relationship of agricultural product logistics capabilities and agricultural product circulation performance and between agricultural product logistics sub-capabilities and agricultural product circulation performance. Simultaneously, it establishes theoretical models and the relevant measurement scales of variables. On this basis, it chooses the enterprises of agricultural product circulation and logistics as the research object in Hubei and designs a questionnaire to survey and obtain relevant data. And then, it uses the software SPSS11.5and the method of exploratory factor analysis to analyze the reliability and validity of data. Based on the reliability and validity meet the requirements, it chooses the software Lisrel8.70to executive the empirical analysis of measurement model and structural model, verifies hypotheses, and obtains the conclusion. The results show agricultural product logistics capabilities and agricultural product circulation pattern have a significant positive effect on agricultural product circulation performance. And four kinds of logistics sub-capabilities have a significant positive impact on agricultural product circulation performance, in which the descending orders of the influence:Logistics infrastructure capacity, logistics coordination capacity, logistics operational capability, the policy environment support capacity. And based on the conclusions, this thesis takes corresponding measures to improve the agricultural product logistics capabilities and further contribute agricultural product circulation performance, thus promoting the steady and rapid development of agricultural product circulation.
