Analysis Of Agricultural Product Logistics Efficiency In Henan Province

With the rapid economic growth,agricultural development has also achieved fruitful results.However,due to the influence of traditional logistics concepts,the development of agricultural product logistics is seriously hindered.The agricultural product output of Henan Province is huge,and the logistics transportation efficiency must be high.However,because of the backwardness of logistics technology and the problem of transportation loss,it has not fully exerted the effective role of agricultural product logistics efficiency.Therefore,under the new normal economy,improving the logistics efficiency of agricultural products is conducive to promoting the modernization of agriculture in Henan Province.This paper analyzes the development status of agricultural product logistics in Henan Province,finds out the problems in the reality of agricultural product logistics,selects certain input and output indicators,and applies DEA model empirical analysis to provide corresponding suggestions.First of all,through consulting the China Statistical Yearbook,from the aspect of logistics development status,we will statistically analyze the current situation of production and consumption in all regions of the country,and the actual input and output of agricultural product logistics.Through the comparison of developed provinces in the eastern region,we will find out the problem of agricultural product logistics development in Henan Province.Further,the DEA model was established to conduct quantitative empirical analysis of agricultural product logistics efficiency in various regions of the country and in 18 cities in Henan Province.The results show that most cities in Henan Province in 2016 were DEA-invalid.These cities were mainly due to the inefficiency of the overall efficiency due to the low efficiency of pure technology.For these cities,the main improvement direction is to strengthen the management of existing fixed assets,fully utilize the utilization of logistics technology,and improve the efficiency of logistics circulation of agricultural products.Seen from all regions of the country,the logistics efficiency of agricultural products in the East,Central,and West regions decreases in turn,and at the same time,most provinces and cities are DEA invalid.From the perspective of efficiency,the scale efficiency and the purely technical efficiency are low,which together lead to the low efficiency of China's agricultural product logistics.It shows that our country mainly relies on investing a large amount of resources to increase the gross value of production of agricultural product logistics,and does not fully utilize the effective utilization rate of resources.The state of extensive logistics management of agricultural products still exists.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize the allocation of resources,change the traditional logistics model,create a new model of green logistics development,improve the level of business management,and achieve the optimal production efficiency of agricultural products logistics.In addition,the specific improvement direction is indicated by a relaxation variable calculation.In terms of scale of return,most cities in Henan Province in 2016 are in a state of increasing economies of scale,indicating a certain distance from economies of scale.Judging from the improvement in various indicators,the investment in fixed assets of agricultural products logistics in various cities of Henan Province has been effectively used,and there has been some redundancy in the related labor and transport infrastructure investment.Therefore,improving the effective utilization of labor and transportation infrastructure investment will help the rapid development of agricultural product logistics in Henan Province.Finally,according to the analysis of empirical results,we propose countermeasures and suggestions for specific improvements.
