After the founding of new China, it had gone through the planned economy in a long time. The government assigned various of social resources in a unified way. Land, as an important factor of production, was no exception. During this period, the land market did not exist; the research on the land economic problems was in a blank state. After the reform and opening up, the research on the land economic problems expanded gradually along with the improvement of the land market, from the research on the socialist land rent and price theory to the system of Chinese characteristics land price evaluation method based on the land location was established, the research on the urban land price mainly concentrated in the land price evaluation method, studies have not been a system on the spatial distribution regularities of urban land price, the construction of the land market and government macro-control of the premium, they were required especially the guidance of the relevant theory, Therefore, the research of the spatial distribution regularities of urban land price have great theoretical and practical significance.The article confirm the planning area of Kunming, in addition to the Airport Economic Zone, as the study area, residential land price as the research object, using the method of combining theoretical analysis and field survey, qualitative and quantitative analysis method of combining spatial analysis methods and to statistical principles and methods, through the establishment of the Digital Land Price Model, then have a research on the spatial distribution regularities of residential land price of the city zone of Kunming. The following are the main contents of the article. Collect the residential land prices of the study area, then numbered them, residential land prices fall on the corresponding location on the diagram, form a sample premium map, unified land base period, established a database of residential land prices in the study area through the Arcgis10.0; base on the sample premium and principles and methods of Digital Elevation Model, through ordinary Kriging spatial interpolation, select the appropriate parameters, finally established the Digital Land Price Model; after that, finding the spatial distribution regularities of residential land price of the city zone of Kunming through the global trend analysis and local feature analysis. space of the main city as the core and the Chenggong as the secondary core; aim at the main city, although the land price overall has a distribution of Concentric circles, from the microscopic point of view, there are still premium scarp or depression of land prices; aim at the Chonggong, overall, land price also show a concentric distribution, but the concrete core is still not clear; with the road system is increasingly perfect between the main city and Chenggong, along the both sides of the main roads, the residential land prices begin to rise, and show a zonal distribution, rail transport is being built, because of stations potential convenience, the land price of its surrounding is higher than the same conditions.
