With the high-speed development of information science and communication, the consumption pattern of now has changed enormously, the market conditions become intricate, the market competition is unusually fierce. As to vast Chinese export enterprise, because of the limitations of time and space, it is very difficult for enterprise not to grasp quotations of overseas market, change in right time, how about be according to enterprise's own characteristics, adopt the correct marketing tactics to different markets of goal, it is the key that enterprises survive and develop. I held a post in the medium and small-scale electromechanical export-oriented enterprise for several years, was successively engaged in sale and marketing plan and work, have more communication with top management of the company and customer. Relevant working experience of the foundation of this text and trade development, take A Company as examples, have analyzed the marketing tactics current situations and characteristics of the medium and small-scale electromechanical export-oriented enterprise, and some existing problems, and provide some solutions and guidance opinions to a certain extent.The consumption electronic product trade global production that A Company belongs to increases swiftly and violently, but the sales amount does not increase so powerfully as production, it is obvious the development of the trade will face the enormous price pressure. I it visits A to be several person most representative to in charge of while being high in Company, understand tactics and concrete implementation of company in view of products, price, channel and promoting in depth, and difficulty and existing problem met in the course of carrying out. Combine the marketing4P marketing tactics theory, A Company can do the following to improve in the marketing tactics:In the products tactics, implement the concept that the guest makes and melts the products, should put emphasis on the importance of improving product quality and market demand of the concern; Price strategy, A Company should adjust the method of the fixed price progressively, offers customer's additional value such as technical support and market besides products to guide etc., carry out and standardize and lower costs from inside at the same time; Channel tactics, use scientific administrative system and modernized management tool--ERP system, and strengthen the risk control and help enterprises to raise production efficiency and reduce the production cost; Popularize the tactics, A Company needs increasing and popularizing the variety in the way, combine network marketing and lower the cost.
