Agriculture production is based on natural resources, which leads to a low capacity to resist natural disasters, so the potential risk is great. Meanwhile, agricultural products are a kind of irreplaceable subsistence, so the production conditions and price volatility of agricultural products is directly related to the national economy with stable and healthy development. Since China joined the WTO in2001, China's agricultural production has been significantly developed in many aspects.
