With the intensification of economic globalization, the competition among enterprises is increasingly fierce. If the enterprise wants to survive and attain sustainable development, it must make the stakeholder satisfactory. The satifaction degree of multiple-stakeholders in the finally depends on the employees'knowledge, skills and attitudes. Therefore, enriching their knowledge, improving their skills and correcting their attitude is the only way to achieve sustainable development of enterprises. Staff training and development as a core activity of the enterprise human resource management, can effectively improve staff quality, and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. Therefore, how to improve the satifaction degree of multiple-stakeholders to proceed to improve the quality of the competence of employees through staff training and development needs to be resolved by enterprises.In the actual work of training, the training effect is not prominent.These serious problems exposed had bad impact on the sustainable development of enterprises. The staff training and development system based on satifaction degree of multiple-stakeholders was from the perspect of satifaction degree of the shareholder, satifaction degree of the employee, satifaction degree of the supplier, satifaction degree of the government, satifaction degree of the resources and environment, and then refined the quality of the employees competence, in the finally, it built staff training and development mechanisms for the above competence quality.The staff training and development system based on satifaction degree of multiple-stakeholders, was also a systemic activity, it emphasized on employees competence quality and satifaction degree of multiple-stakeholders in the organic integration, which protected the effectiveness of the training and development activities fundamentally.In view of the lack of research on training and development of the traditional theory, this thesis reviewed the theoretical studies of domestic and foreign staff training and development. As well as combining of stakeholder theory and employees competence quality theory, this thesis stated the requirements of satifaction degree of multiple-stakeholders for the employees'behavior.Through the use of statistical software SPSS13.0, the employees'knowledge, skills and attitudes are analyzed relevantly with the satifaction degree of multiple-stakeholders; the employees' knowledge, skills and attitudes are also analyzed relevantly with seven key variables of training needs analysis, training methods, training process, training teachers, training expenses and training evaluation.The employees'knowledge, skills and attitudes and the satifaction degree of multiple-stakeholders are empirically analyzed by using LISREL structural equation model; The research results indicated that the staff training and development had a significant effect on employees' knowledge, skills and attitude; and the employees' knowledge, skills and attitudes positively influenced satifaction degree of multiple-stakeholders. Finally, this thesis constructed staff training and development mechanisms based on the above research results, which was based on satifaction degree of multiple-stakeholders, and tried to find a more effective training and development system to enhance training effectiveness and the competitiveness of enterprises.
