Well-being is an important evaluation index to measure social members'life state. It could objective evaluate the cognitive evaluation of individual to the whole social life satisfaction. With the increase of people's material life level, people pay more and more attention to individual levels of Well-being. In addition, human resources are enterprises' most important soft resources. The position of human resources has gotten great ascension in enterprises. Enterprise operators also pay more and more attention to employees'Well-being.The theory of Well-being has gotten great attention in the theoretical circle. Well-being researches of domestic and foreign scholars mostly concentrate in the family Well-being study, has not make a full research on work Well-being, especially the research on Well-being based on organizational support is still in blank. Therefore, to discuss how to improve enterprise staff's Well-being based on organizational support has important theoretical and realistic significance for the organization to promote the enterprise staffs work enthusiasm.Through consulting and studying theories of Well-being and organizational support, combining with the characteristics of the enterprise research and development personnel, this study provides seven factors affect Well-being of R&D personnel and four aspects of the organizational support. This study put enterprise R&D personnel as the research object, takes employee's feeling of organizational support from work of today's China enterprises, studies the acting forces from organizational support to the status of employee of Well-being, and studies the platform, subjects, objects, content and results of acting forces respectively. This research studies the process of practice of different forms of acting forces make function to employees'Well-being. Starting from analyze function features of each element in subjects research; explain their "motive power" roles to employee Well-being. In content research, respectively analyze the process of acting forces from direct action subjects (formal organization) and indirect action subjects (informal organization and working environment). Based on the organizational support platform, combines with the four forces from organization to employee Well-being, this research analyzes the forcing process of organizational support to employee Well-being and provides the forcing model of organizational support to Well-being of R&D personnel. The model is based on theories of Well-being and organizations support, introducing job satisfaction as a latent variable, putting economic power, technical power, exciting force and power of culture as variables to design Well-being questionnaire which adapts to the characteristics of the enterprise research and development personnel.This study uses investigation method, comprehensive data processing method and the combination of qualitative and quantitative research method. This study chooses three areas to study; they are Wuhan, Changsha and Nanchang. This study receives370valid samples and uses SPSS and AMOS17.0to analyze and process these data, verifies this model, and completes the analysis and research of Well-being forces model of enterprise R&D personnel bases on organizational support.
