The research on the activation of organizational strength of state-owned large-scale commercial financial institutions is a hot topic in China's management field. However, due to the grey information background brought about by various factors such as people's cognitive ability, knowledge level, time and space,it has caused some obstacles to the research on the organizational activation of state-owned large-scale commercial financial institutions in the new era.And with the changes in work methods and content, organizations of all types have not been able to rely solely on transaction contracts to manage and motivate their employees. Therefore, this paper first identifies and analyzes the key issues of the activation of organizational strength in large state-owned financial institutions. Then, based on the perspective of grey information background, issues such as activation of organizational vitality, optimization of human resource allocation, involvement of optimal contracts, and evaluation of organizational strength are carried out.In-depth research, and finally put forward countermeasures and suggestions on the sustainable development and construction of state-owned large-scale commercial financial institutions in the context of grey information. The main contents are as follows:(1)In order to identify key issues in the activation of organizational strength in large state-owned financial institutions, the background of the organization of large state-owned financial institutions was investigated.Related questionnaires were designed based on activation factors and a preliminary analysis of the questionnaire was conducted to ensure the applicability of the questionnaire to employees of financial institutions. The reliability and validity of the analysis were further analyzed. From then on,the status quo of organizational dynamism, organizational effectiveness, organizational culture, and strategic leadership capabilities were further explored.Based on this,a grey principal component analysis model of key influencing factors was constructed. The weight of each influencing factor, that is,the degree of importance.(2)Employees are the carrier and an important part of the organization's strength. The ability and vitality of employees determine the size of the organization to a large extent.Through interviews and literature surveys with a large number of financial management companies, the key factors that influence the vitality of individuals include the incentives.Supervision contract and psychological contract two aspects.Based on this, according to the law of diminishing marginal returns,an individual employee incentive and constraint model based on non-linear effort output function is established.According to the characteristics of team effort,a team incentive and constraint model based on the linear effort output function is established;the study of the activation of organizational individuality is based on the optimization and reconstruction of implicit psychological contract.(3)In order to optimize the allocation of human resources in large-scale state-owned commercial financial institutions,we first introduced the grey relational clustering method to divide the organization's human resources into different types according to objectives. From the organizational goals,we set up a multi-objective optimization model for human resource allocation and use more The target particle swarm optimization algorithm explores the model solving method and formulates the human resource configuration steps;then it proposes the concept of post-matching multivariate series, constructs a multivariate integrated correlation analysis model to measure the dynamic match of post, and analyzes the properties of the model, combined with the grey prediction model,Analyze the man-job dynamic matching method.(4)For the project-entrusted chain optimal contract design problem, considering the incentive contract and organizational structure, and based on the assumption that the agent's actions can be partially observed(grey information),the ?soft mandatory contract? and the optimal ?hard mandatory contract? design models are studied;study the optimal risk sharing of "hard-enforced contracts" based on grey information;study the optimal effort level of "hard-enforced contracts" based on grey information and based on grey information, design a project delegate-agent chain optimizes commitment contract and dynamically analyzes the game process.(5)In view of the evaluation of the organizational strength of state-owned large-scale commercial financial institutions, starting from the actual situation, the evaluation of large-scale state-owned commercial financial institutions is conducted with the perspective of multi-source uncertainty in the context of poor information, and the concept of generalized grey numbers is introduced. The data with multi-source uncertainty features are comprehensively characterized to achieve the requirements of multiple uncertainties, such as fuzzy numbers,interval-valued fuzzy numbers, grey numbers, and white numbers, which can be mixed, and then based on the traditional grey whitening weight function. In this paper, the general grey whitening weight function is constructed, and then the information entropy principle is used to refer to the general grey entropy weight to determine the weight of the index.Based on the entropy weight and the generalized grey number, the clustering evaluation model of the strength of the large state-owned commercial financial institutions is established.
