With the world development and the strengthening of global economic integration, the success of the enterprise not only because of the short-term product development or strategy, but also requires core competitiveness of enterprises, improve the core competitiveness of enterprises is urgent.Shipping agents are the development of marine transportation play an important role. By China's accession to the WTO as an important part of the national integrated transport system, ship agency industry from monopoly to open its core competitiveness has also undergone a fundamental change.To maintain and expand their market share in the competition, must use their own advantages,and constantly improve and enhance the core competitiveness.Total Balance Management (TBM) is the one from the port enterprise management experience. Exploratory management system for the port industry, for the idea of the port enterprise development, integrating the resources of the shipping agents, enhance competitivenessThis article to write PENAVICOTJ, around the TBM is to meet the development needs of the shipping agents to enhance its core competitiveness study. The article first introduces the basis of theoretical knowledge of the characteristics of the shipping agency enterprise core competitiveness and TBM, followed by through PENAVICOTJ SWOT analysis of its intangible assets, internal resources, market customers, four aspects of the type of business evaluation, constructed based on the TBM competitiveness PENAVICOTJ core model,and then based on the model,further analysis of the empirical results and their own and competitors TBM has been improved core competitiveness PENAVICOTJ and concluded that the analysis put forward some of this system in PENAVICOTJ management improvements, in order to achieve sustainable development.
