How to improve enterprises'performance management system are needs to be thinking of.In this paper, under the guidance of related theories, through analyze the basic situation of human resources management and performance management of B construction company, find the problems on performance appraisal. Then propose appropriate recommendations to solve the problem of evaluation indicators, application assessment officers and the use of assessment results. Introduction the key performance indicators, through discompose the company's target, established the firm-level, department-level and job-level key performance indicators, and then established a complete set of performance assessment system. In order to ensure the effective operation of the system of enterprise performance assessment, the fifth part of this article combined enterprise culture construction and performance management, established a 360 degree performance appraisal mechanism and effective feedback mechanism.
