Oriental Real Estate. Runcheng Project Risk Management Research

Real estate industry is an important pillar of China's national economic development. There're a variety of risks in the process of real estate development. In this paper, the real estate development projects named Runchengdongfang in Lianyungang City will be taken as a background, and the risk management of this project will be analysised and researched.After a brief description of the background and significance of this topic, a literature review and summarize on the issues of risk management will be made. Then based on the theories about risk management of real estate development introduced before, I made a research on risk identification, risk assessment, risk control and other aspects of the project by using qualitative and empirical analysis. This research will have a certain reference value on project risk management of the domestic real estate.
