| In the course of building a project, the human factor is at the heart of an imperfect team will certainly affect the progress of the whole project. However, traditional management tends to suppress the enthusiasm and creativity of the members, it is difficult to meet the needs of the development of modern project management. Therefore, the construction of the project team and management up to more and more important, only to create a reasonable division of labor, good sense of high morale and skilled project team to high quality, efficient achievement of project objectives.This paper reviews the theory of international team-building some of the research results, and the status of implementation of these theories, some analysis carried out to explore the elements of team building.
