Analysis On The Scientific Development Of The Furong CBD's Industry In Changsha

CBD, being a Product of advanced urbanization, is the function core of a city and an important symbol of a modern city. CBD centralizes city's economy, technology and culture. CBD also includes such functions as finance, trade, service, exhibition, consultation and so on. So CBD is the CPU of regional economy. Furong's CBD, as the CPU of regional economy in Changsha City, is to better save resources, and try to reform environment friendly, to better implement the development strategy (New industrialization, new urbanization, agricultural modernization, informatization, Resource conservation and Environment friendly society) which is made clearly by Hunan province. How to realize the optimization of industrial structure, development mode and transformation pioneer, It is the challenge of CBD of Furong of Changsha City. This paper focuses on these challenges, research and think. This is more important significance at present.Based on the detailed investigation and in-depth practical testing basis, according to the western developed countries, emerging economies and some city of our contry(Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen), having great characteristics of the CBD of Industrial Development, this paper summarizes their experience of development and puts forward the experience and the enlightenment of CBD in Hunan.And then, based on the development of the financial industry layout, business development layout, the development of information industry layout, the layout of the development of cultural industry layout, the paper analyses the industrial layout and development status of CBD in Furong Changsha and the problem which is occurred in science development or challenge which is affecting the industry development.Finally, on this basis, this paper points out that the CBD's industry scientific development, we need to pay attention to tree aspects below: one is to improve the economical and intensive land-use; the second is to highlight the system measure integrated; the third is to build industrial characteristic. The final purpose is to create the modern resource-saving and to welcome the friendly society of the CBD development model.
