| The future overall goal of the manufacturing industry is to achieve rapid design, rapid manufacturing, rapid detection, rapid response and rapid reorganization, and manufacturing grid is a new information technology infrastructure to achieve the goal pursued. With the manufacturing information, the competition between enterprises is changing from among the supply chains into from among the enterprise groups which are composed of different local grids. Now, the important task is that thinking about how to use manufacturing grid and realizing the sharing and collaboration of all kinds of manufacturing resources, in order to realize responding rapidly to the market demand by low-cost, high-quality, and enhance the competition of enterprise groups.The thesis uses principal-agent theory in information economics in order to study the single-cycle model of the collaboration mechanism of enterprise groups. Considering from the resource supply-side and demand-sides respectively, and establishing the Lagrange optimization model for each of the parties, then combining the two models to establish the cooperation model of company groups, finally, according to the solution of the model, simulating, and trying to find out the effects of various factors on the collaboration of the enterprise groups, and finding the optimal collaborative programs; The thesis uses the repeated game theory and multi-stage game dynamic model in order to study the multi-cycle model of the collaboration mechanism of enterprise groups. In the analysis, the objective function is to maximize the income of the resource demand-sides, the constraints are about the resource supply-sides (IR and IC), then establishing the model of the collaboration mechanism of the enterprise groups and analyzing the result. The specific study includes:Firstly, the thesis introduces briefly the concepts and characteristics of the manufacturing grid, compares the manufacturing grid with the networking manufacturing, and describes the architecture of manufacturing grid;Secondly, using principal-agent theory in information economics, and building the single-cycle model of the collaboration mechanism of enterprise groups under the background of manufacturing grid. The model uses the manufacturing resource-demand as the optimization objective function, then improving the model that uses the enterprise groups as a whole and builds the optimization objective function by Lagrange optimization, in order to explore the optimal collaboration state by changing the parameters; Finally, using the repeated game theory and multi-stage game dynamic model, and building the multi-cycle model of the collaboration mechanism of enterprise groups under the background of manufacturing grid. Especially using the two cycles as example, the object of the optimization objective function is resource-demand, then according to the solution result, analyzing the impact of the collaboration of enterprise groups with the parameters changing.Based on the above analysis, it obtains that the manufacturing resource supply-sides, resource demand-sides and the external environment can affect the collaboration mechanism of enterprise groups ,and gets the optimal situation. With the manufacturing information, in order to maximize their own interests, the manufacturing enterprises finally reach cooperation alliance. The thesis provides reference ideas for the manufacturing enterprises, which develop trade on the manufacturing grid. |
