Project Management is the process to scientifically organize, coordinate, and control the project. Through the process, various Project goals could be achieved effectively. The functions of project management involve execution on budgets, schedule monitoring and control, quality evaluation, risks management, and project human resources management etc, from which the emphasis is a tradeoff among time, cost and quality.Among various kinds of projects, ERP projects have the characteristics of long-term Period, high complexity and un-controlling risks, etc, which would probably cause all kinds of problems. The paper presents a case of SAP implementation project for SK Company, completely and systematically introduces management of ERP implementation.This paper is composed of the following components:the first part is the introduction, and the theory of project management and ERP, SAP, and then describes in detail the status of SK Company's SAP system and the implementation of the basic situation. Then, as the focus of the article, systematic exposition of SK Company SAP implementation project management research. A later chapter describes SK Numerical Control company SAP project implementation results. Finally, is the conclusions and some prospects for future research.Studies have shown that, the application of management theory to guide the construction of the SAP system of the SK CNC helps to use scientific method and theory on the SK NC's SAP projects for effective planning, organizing, directing, coordinating and controlling, thus to achieve the target of the company's SAP projects.
