The Study On International Entrepreneurial Orientation Of China's Private Enterprise

During the 30 years'reform and open-up, our countries'economic achievement has close relationship with the development of private enterprises, the private enterprises has been an important component of national economy. .The birth and developmental process of china's private enterprise is actually the process of china's open-up and the process from plan economy to socialist market economy. The private enterprise has its innate advantages of international entrepreneurship : first, the property constrains of private enterprise is clear, its investment decision is courteous, the speed of information feedback and negotiation between leader and member is fast, it can catch the market opportunity as soon as possible and can withdraw the market flexibly; second, private enterprise has certain technological advantage, it consume less time and cost to transform the technology into actual productivity, it has great innovational enthusiasm to the technology which matters its survival and development, at present, there are some private enterprises has the breakthrough in the field of technological innovation; third, it has certain experience of international entrepreneurship. Although most private enterprise'scale is small, there are many problems in their financing channel and its management level is not very high, some private enterprises have contact international market by all means when serving domestic market. They built factories overseas, set up branches or undertake overseas projects and labor corporation. Under the new economic conditions, the process of global economic integration has been constantly accelerated, after china's entering WTO, in order to seek more running opportunities, protect and enlarge intrinsic market, overcome the trade barrier and purse preferential policy and advanced technology ,private enterprise has to choose the way of international entrepreneurship to adapt constantly changing interior and exterior environment. Relative to overseas enterprise, china's private enterprise bears low starting point and poor whole competition in the aspect of international management. Because of our countries'actual condition, private enterprise is almost completely exposed to circumstances of international market competition. Therefore, how to carry on the international entrepreneurship, making full use of the entrepreneurial orientation's influence on international entrepreneurship, utilizing the disposition of international strategy properly, integrating enterprise'interior and exterior resource, building the core competition in the enterprising, facing complicated internationalizing tendency and the intensely competitive market in china and overseas and enhancing the ability of international competition have become the major problem that china's private enterprise has to face.The subject of this thesis is china's private enterprise; its international entrepreneurship has been analyzed deeply from the entrepreneurial orientation's point of view, and the international entrepreneurial theory and entrepreneurial orientation have been studied. This thesis is based on the domestic and overseas literature review of private enterprise'international entrepreneurship to analyze creation, adventuress, proactivity and competitive aggression's influence on international entrepreneurship of china's private enterprise, and analyze how to use these influences to promote the international entrepreneurship of china's private enterprise in the international market. The study of this thesis will help, on one hand, enrich and perfect relative theory of china's private enterprise's international entrepreneurship; on the other hand, make right choice on international entrepreneurship strategy.
