The Correlation Analysis Of Wanjiang Industry Structure And Employment Structure

The constantly development of social economy inevitable require industrial structure constantly adjustment, however the changing of industrial structure lead to the changing of employment structure, industrial structure and employment structure is a pair of contradictory entity. The change of industrial structure determines the change of employment structure, the change of emloyment structure restricts the further optimization of the industrial structure, studies the coordinated development relations between the two have vital practical significance.Wanjiang industrial transfer demonstration area planning is a national demonstration area.to the target of promoting regional economic development and industrial development. Researching the relation between industry structure and employment structure of Wanjiang has important significance for the development of the economy development. With the combination of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis in this paper, we studied industry structure and employment structure evolution law, the relevant relations, so as to determine suitable coordination development policies for industry structure and employment structure and to ensure the economic development of Wanjiang region.Based on the review of domestic and foreign related literature, firstly analysis the development process of industry structure and employment structure in wanjiang region, then using the relevant regression analysis to analyze the correlation between the two, and then through the structure deviation degree analysis, comparison labor productivity analysis and employment elastic analysis to evaluate the coordinated development of both the current situation. Through the above analysis, draws the following conclusions:(1)Wanjiang industry structure evolution tendency is consistent with industry evolution rule; (2)Wanjiang industry structure and employment structure evolution tendency is consistent, but employment structure lags the industry structure at present; (3)Wanjiang industry structure and employment structure has the close correlation dependence, the two is a pair of contradictory, mutual influence and advancement; (4)there is still some certain deviation between Wanjiang industry structure and employment structure, the coordinated degree was still low, need to be further coordinated development. At last, in the above analysis's foundation, founding the imbalance reasons of their evolution development, and puts forward the coordinated development countermeasure proposal from the industrial policy and employment policy two aspects.
