Now the problem of colleage graduates employment has become a remarkable issue for the whole soeiety,and the discusion about the causes and solutions of students employment have never been stopped. In the last two years of the finaneial crisis,this phenomenon becomes more and more serious. Traditional human capital theory believes that the investment in education will bring about increase in personal income,while the phenomenon of difficult employment becomes a challenge for the theory, if the quality of human capital is not in employment, it is meaningless to say personal income.According to the summarizes and relevant analysis of the reasons for the difficult employment, this paper find out that the the most bisic reasons for the phenomenon are the supply and demand aspects of the job market.Specifically, it is the supply side of the employment of students ,that the quality and ability of colleage graduates can not meet the requirement of the enterprises, and this results a dilemma. On one hand, the employment rate of graduates continue to decrease, on the other hand, enterprises can not recruit the colleage graduates they are looking forward to. It is certainly will affect the employment of university students that if they neglect requirements of corporates, pay no attention to exercise training when they in school , they will fail to business requirements. Reasons for this phenomen come from college students lack of effort, but if there is a different awareness bewteen college students and business it also could be affected.The contents of this paper are about whether students take the requirement of the enterprise seriously;or whether there is a consistency between the quality they care and business concerns.For the research,"Cognitive Competence Scale"was designed on referenees of literatures,and select the Nanjing University of Finance and Business Management students as the main object to investigate and study. All levels of the enterprise on the part of managers and staff were investigated. Using SPSS software, we making a comparative analysis about the various aspects.The conclusions derived from the investigations and interviews are as follows:1. There existgreat different recognitions about this model due to different experiences, genders and political appearance.2. There exist great different recognitions about this model due to different grades and the will of undergraduate employment3.There is a different recognition between enterprises and students,that the communications and cognitive skills of undergraduate students,are quite different from the requirement of enterprises.At last,according to the above conclusions,the following suggestions are given1.For college , It is important to gather wealth and timely information from the market; to train talents adapting to soeial requirement;to provide students with more market information on the personnel standards, to strengthen the employment of education for students;2.For college students,it is very important to take part in some meaningful exercises,to make personal career planning,according to the requirment of sociouaty ,to find out the inadequate of themselves, and to constantly improve their own quality, increasing their human capital;3.For enterprises,to offer more opportunities for graduate students,to keep good links with school and feedback in regalularly.
