Research On Technology Innovation Theory And Practice Of Construction Company

Construction industry is a pillar industry in China's economy. Its rise and decline are directly related to the economic developments in our country. The establishment and implement of technical innovation system in the construction industry are basic way for the industry to compete internationally to win the markets and to become larger and stronger.This paper uses the knowledge of construction economy, technical innovation, system economy and finance and banking to answer the central question of how to upgrade technical innovation in construction industry. After analyzing the present situation of technical innovation in the construction industry and in contrast with the technical innovation in Japanese construction industry, the current study discussed and analyzed the existing problems of technical innovation in construction industry, e.g. tax policy, financial supports, human resources, the culture and brand of company.As to the current problems, the author puts forwards a series of measures to solve the existing problems of technical innovation in China's construction industry, including establishing a new self-technical innovation system; establishing complete continuous engineering education system; building an entirety between company brand and technical innovation; establishing a new talent management mechanism; establishing a complete information safeguard system of technical innovation of construction industry; encouraging the establishment and development of R & D center in the company; completing tax policy system; building a new finance input of technical innovation mechanism.Finally, combining the years practices in Wu Yang Construction Group.Co.,Ltd.---a special grade company, the author concludes that technical innovation plays an important role in company development and is the only way for upgrading competition and long sustaining development, after analyzing technical innovation mechanism, technical innovation talents, financial supports, R & D of technical innovation projects, technical innovation information building, technical talents education and technical innovation achievements.
