Risk Analysis And Countermeasures Study On V Company's Single Supplier Management

The survival of any business is not isolated, other than only paying attention to their own internal management, in order to be able to stand in the world environment with long unbeaten status, we must build a good and efficient supply chain system for future competitive environment in order to seize market with good profit. In all aspects of Supply Chain management, Supplier Management is one of the most important aspect. So how to use the supply chain' technology and methods to strengthen and improve supplier management and to get self value added during the activities in both inside and outside the market has become to the key points for the enterprises to enhance core competitiveness and be the winner in the market competitionIn this study, it firstly analyses the background of V Company and the global and domestic automotive interior industry market situation. Based on depth interviews in V Company on related management and office staff at all levels, it introduces the business profile of the current supply chain management and the current business mode with one single supplier management. Also understand that there are management issues and obstacles brought by the current only supplier which also brought a negative impact on the company's supply chain. Then it will go on to discuss various problems and risk management from the perspective of supply chain risk analysis, and the corresponding strategic recommendations and implementation of new programs. Automotive interior industry is a fast-developing industry in recent years, therefore, the research result of V Company's single supplier management and its risk is more representative. Through this study, I hope it is helpful for single supplier's risk analysis and V Company's supply chain management improvement.
