China's retail market exist high competition, in order to improve their core competitiveness, retailers vigorously develop new technology to improve productivity. Through years of information and intelligence development, part of China's retail companies have already built up the Product Management Systems, ERP Systems and Customer Relationship Management System, relying on POS, barcode, GPS, data exchange technology to meet the needs of efficient logistics and daily management, to enhance the market competitiveness. The main retail information system data comes from POS system. The core technology Radio Frequency Identification System (RFID) of the Internet of Things can achieve the real-time and automatic acquisition of product information. Therefore, the application of this advanced technology can improve working efficiency and reduce the operating costs of the retail companies.In this paper, using the case study research methods, and L Hypermarket for the study, by analyzing the existing problems in the management, identify deficiencies in existing processes, through the functional analysis of the Internet of Things, using business process reengineering methodology, based on the on-site survey, propose the requirement of business process reengineering. Identify the principles and methods of L Hypermarket process reengineering, re-draw the flow chart, and re-evaluation of the process. The research and analysis result will have reference value to retail companies when they implement the business process reengineering based on the technology of the Internet of Things.
