Based on theory analysis of team reflexivity, team diversity, team performance, team identification, team interdependence, this study exerts empirical research on the antecedents and effects of team reflexivity. Statistical analysis of 720 valid questionnaires (63 team samples) reveal team diversity is a good predictor of team reflexivity and team performance and team identification is directly and positively influenced by team reflexivity, and the mediating role of team reflexivity on the relationship of team diversity and team performance.Team is defined as the "extent to which team members collectively reflect upon the team's objectives, strategies and processes as well as their wider organizations and environments, and adapt them accordingly" and is influenced by various team diversities, such as surface-level diversity (age, gender, marital status) and deep level diversity (personality, value, team meaning). Before the formation of a team, one should pay attention to the diversity of this team, while different diversity should be separately treated if it's already formed.
