| Enterprises act the most important roles in modern economy, in which studies show that knowledge sharing and psychological contract can respectively influence management practice and business performance. Researches show that psychological contract and knowledge sharing are treated as separate subjects. Yet this paper will demonstrate psychological contract could have positive influence towards knowledge sharing, which would further affect employees'performance.Researches show that psychological contract could be studied from three dimensions, transactional, relational and ideological, which are proved to be of great importance to employees'behaviors. Knowledge has explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge, which will be studied in this paper from two aspects, expectation and behavior. This paper is to study whether and what scale the psychological contract would influence knowledge sharing. In order to illustrate the practical significance of this paper, employees'performance is involved in the study.The respondents of the study are knowledge workers in software enterprises in Beijing. Further analysis and illustration of the relationship among psychological contract, knowledge sharing and employee performance will proceed afterward.Results of the research show, positive correlation is shown between psychological contract and knowledge sharing. Knowledge sharing also has significant impact on employees'performance It concludes that in Bejing software enterprises, tactics could not only rely on unique psychological contract dimension. Moreover, different psychological contract dimensions can guide employees to change attitudes and behaviors to knowledge sharing, and in the end influence the performance.The study of the psychological contract and knowledge management will enrich psychological contract theory and knowledge sharing theory. It will build relations between the two, and the conclusions of the research will have practical meanings to enterprises. |
