With the improvement of living standards and the needs of urban construction, landscaping industry has entered a new stage. As a landscaping business,HY Company has gradually developed into a growing enterprise. In order to constantly improve the company's competitiveness and operational capacity, it's time for the company's managers to thought that how to achieve strategic transformation.As a small private enterprise,HY Company's characteristics are more prominent. Now. with the adjustment of government policies in landscaping industry, competition among enterprises in the industry become more fiercely, the resources values of upstream suppliers' are appreciation. If still rely on traditional business model, it's bound to have an impact on the company's profitability and development. On this aspect. HY Landscape Company must carefully analyze the company's internal and external environment, and based on its existing exclusive conditions to highlight their core competencies, using strategic management theory and tools, choosing a right development strategy for the company, which truly on the use of the external environment, internal strengths to play a promote healthy and stable development of the company.The main focuses of the paper are divided into three parts:Part I:Based on the investigation of the company's history and current status describes the company has devolved from the initial stage to a continuous growing business, due to the significant changes in internal and external environment, the company need to re-adjust the development ideas.Part II:Based on the survey of the company's internal and external environment. the paper analysis the company's opportunities and problems, strengths and weaknesses, the company's future core competencies is defined, so as to clarify the company's direction.Part III:According to the company's current strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, and the company's development strategy is gradually raised; combines with the company's present objectives, personnel structure, and the paper proposes a security measures to implementation the strategy.
