Landscape architecture industry with the country's economic transformation,urbanization process to speed up the ecological environment has been challenged by the national governments at all levels of attention and people's living environment higher requirements,rapid development of more than 20 years,so far in the ascendant.Due to the industry's low threshold led to a large influx of good and bad enterprises,foreign high-quality enterprises have joined the competition.Some of the domestic history of the successful landscape of about 20 years of landscape enterprises,such as oriental gardens,palm garden,Tiehan ecological,Pu Bang garden,etc.have been listed,and gradually expand the scope of business,the formation of diversified development;part of the weak mergers and acquisitions,Out of struggle to survive.Founded in 2000 M company,from a few people small business,to now hundreds of individuals,nearly two decades of development,faced with how to break the problem,the enterprise should have a global scientific long-term planning.In this paper,the use of corporate strategy management theory,PEST,Porter five force analysis,SWOT matrix analysis,detailed dissection M company's internal environment,pointed out the company's strengths and weaknesses,opportunities and challenges facing;introduced the business in which the external environment:,Economic,cultural,science and technology on the development and operation of enterprises a greater impact on factors.Analyze these factors to understand: the external environment changes faster,the Internet era is not only the technical update,as well as a global economy.Landscape architecture industry quite mixed,highly competitive,simply pay attention to the quality of production into a customer-oriented,enterprise development must pursue a higher quality and product originality.In view of the current internal operation capability of M company,it puts forward the strategic objectives and strategic planning suitable for the development of the company.In order to achieve the goal,the company must carry out the strategic guarantee and measures.Not according to changes in the external environment to make rapid and decisive adjustment of the enterprise will eventually be eliminated.With the overall view,the foreseeable development strategy can guide enterprises to take the initiative to change,conform to the development and meet the future.
