Research On The Exploration Of Low Carbon Traffic In Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan

Low carbon traffic plays a very important role in the low-carbon strategy, which is a pattern of reducing energy consumption and carbon emissions, encouraging the development and improvement of public transport systems, as well as the appliance of clean energy and the small displacement motor vehicles, for minimizing the air pollution and protecting the ecological environment. The main content of low carbon traffic, covering the transport function, transport resources, ecological protection and human aspects of the planning. Constructing low carbon traffic in the conurbation of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan, is a considerable measure in promoting the construction of"resource-saving and environment-friendly" society and modernization of the public traffic, as well as protect the ecological environment.This thesis focuses on the conurbation of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan, with the requirements of the constructing"resource-saving and environment-friendly" society and developing the low-carbon economy, analyzing the current situation of public traffic and constraints in the constructing of low-carbon traffic, then discussing the path of construting low-carbon traffic in the conurbation of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan in many aspects, including building low-carbon traffic construction security system, improving low-carbon traffic management system, improving integrated traffic function and strengthen the awareness of residents of low-carbon travel.By the planning and consummating of the traffic system in the conurbation of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan, to improving ecological environment, and integrating a unique theoretical framework for the reseach of low-carbon traffic in the conurbation of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan, providing policy recommendations for the construction of"resource-saving and environment-friendly" society.
