| Nowadays, international competitions become more and more fierce, and technology advances more and more quickly. Technological innovation has become a main driving force of economic development and structural adjustment, and decisive factors of a country's economic strength and competitiveness .Technology can not develop without cooperation, globalization is also accelerating the process of internationalization of the scientific and technological innovation .Each country want to participate in international scientific and technological cooperation, in order to make full use of international resources to strengthen its technological innovation and R & D level.Presently, Chinese scholars'research of international cooperation focus on the national level, rather than local level. In recent years Hangzhou makes a lot of efforts in conducting international cooperation in science and technology innovation, and gets some achievement. But this is not enough competing with other big cities. Therefore, it is very significant to strengthen Hangzhou's international cooperation of technology innovation research and to explore the problems of international cooperation in order to make Hangzhou an innovative city.This paper analyzes the implementation of international scientific and technological innovation at home and abroad of the recent years, learns successful experience of international cooperation of scientific and technological innovation from developed countries, and analysis the current construction conducting in Hangzhou.At the same time, this paper also studies the mode of international cooperation in science and technology innovation of Hangzhou with interviews and other research methods, in order to make countermeasures for Hangzhou government to develop international cooperation in scientific and technological innovation. |
