| The biggest challenge facing humanity is the environment. The development of circular economy is China's sustainable development, the most suitable pattern choice, both economic and environmental benefits of a win-win economy. Any long-term forecasts and confidence are all reducing in the changing economic environment, circular economy construction project evaluation and implementation of the project decision-making plays a decisive role. At present domestic haven't established real sense project evaluation system which is consistent with the objectives of the circular economy, there have no systemic, as well as scientific project analysis and assessment based on circular economy system.According to the characteristics of circular economy project itself, this paper will revise the existing accounting system of economic evaluation costs and benefits to flow accounting system which is consists of cycle cost and recurring revenues under circular economy, then point out that the the project value evaluated by traditional evaluation method is lower; Use the theory of trigeminal tree option pricing model to consider complex option pricing methods, combine with cases to indicate that how the compound option pricing method be applied to the investment of circular economy project, and how to scientific determine whether invest the circular economy project or not and when to invest; Compare cost and benefit of the recycling project with non-cycle project, option pricing method with the traditional NPV pricing method, finally highlight its advantages.The purpose is to find evaluation system which is apply to circular economy project and prove that only under circular economy pattern can we achieve win-win of economic and environmental benefits. |
