Research And Implementation Of Rural Informatization Construction Mode

This study focused on the application of the information technology in rural areas through the discussing of situation of the infonnatization construction in rural areas at domestic and overseas. The author described the fundamental states about infonnatization construction and the current situation of village information construction. The author also proposed some countermeasures and suggestions in this article in order to establish the village information network according to the effective mode of the information construction.Information technology can be a powerful lever in the whole economy, to promote the rapid development of economy and society. The village-level information technology focused on rural and agricultural information construction process of a unit cannot be ignored. The network technology in the rural village and rural development must be closely combined with the actual situation. After 30 years of reformation and development of rural power grids in rural areas has made great achievements, but lacking in information technology in rural areas is still a major problem. Village-level information technology will determine the success of the flow of information in rural and agricultural development prospects. "The Twelfth Five-Year Plan" in an explicit proposal to strengthen the rural and agricultural information technology, to make the majority of the peasant class to enjoy the great achievements of reform and development. On the other hand, as the country further increase investment in rural areas, agricultural development, and new rural construction, the construction of village-level model for information technology in rural areas is the guiding principles. Farmers investment in the area of information technology mainly relies on government policy support.Village-level information technology is in promoting the process. The third parties, such as telecom operators or companies engaged in agricultural cooperatives, can also be introduced to the investments. So that they can cooperate with the villagers in order to share the benefits of information technology with them. The only way to multi-pronged approach, and ultimately reach the rural community information resources, information and link up the purpose of promoting the further implementation of new rural construction.
