The Delimitation And Analysis Of Capital Farmland Zoning For Taishun County

Preserving a certain area of productive arable land is the basis for local development, arable land protection is a vital issue for people's livelihood, the capital farmland protection is the core of the land protection. In the context of the completion of the revision of the land use planning, a study of modification of the capital farmland protection in Taishun is conducted. Through the adjustment of capital farmland zoning, the capital farmland tasks of land use planning are determined, designating the capital farmland protection to the field plots and farmers, in order to promote better protection and construction of capital farmland, and to ensure the comprehensive productive capacity and food security. This is very important to our nation from the view of national security.By collecting information and carrying out field investigation, the status of the capital farmland protection in Taishun county is identified, the problems in the land use planning revision is analyzed, the quantity of the capital farmland is confirmed and the location is verified. According to results of the investigation, data of the capital farmland from the new round of land use planning revision is confirmed. Then the achievements are turned over. At last, the work of the establishing zones for capital farmland is summarized, suggestions for the existing problems is proposed.Based on delimitating zones of capital farmland, eight factors which include elevation, slope, aspect, distance from water body, main roads, rural residents and urban are selected. Qualitative and quantitative analysis for capital farmland transferred out and transferred in are performed. Afterwards, capital farmland transferred out and transferred in is compared from two factors of the quantity and area. Finally, the difference from the previous round capital farmland to the new round capital farmland on area and quality is analyzed wholly, and the quality of the new designated capital farmland is evaluated.From analysis it is found that some negative change consideration from the aspect of quality, location, distribution of elevation, slope, aspect, manufacture convenience, in process of capital farmland revision. Therefore, more aspects may need be considered in the process of capital farmland revision.
