Study On The Basic Farmland Delimitation And Rotection Based On Agricultural Land Lassification

Basic farmland protection as the core content of cultivated land protection, not onlyrelate to the country’s food security and social stability, but also influence the economicsociety comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development, the sense is great,however, by the last round of planning the implementation effect, the basic farmlandprotection exists only focus on quantity not quality, basic farmland distributionunreasonable etc restrict sexual problems. Therefore, there are important value for solvingthe above problem that study how to delimit basic farmland reasonably, optimization thespatial distribution of basic farmland.In this paper,on the basis of new round of land use planning, the second national landsurvey and agricultural land classification and gradation results,with requirements of "quantity reduction, enhance the quality of the overall layout, stable"of basic farmland asthe goal, research the quantity, quality, structure optimization and related problem of thebasic farmland delimitation,to further explore the permanent basic farmland delimitationmethod, and in the light of problems of basic farmland protection, put forward toprotection measure and suggestion. This article take the Chongren county Jiangxi provinceas a case study, the main contents include the following aspects.The first part introduce study dynamic of the basic farmland protection at home andabroad, related concepts and theories, made clear basic farmland delimitation theory.The second part describe the principle, basis and procedure of basic farmlanddelimitation.The third part described in detail and analysis the agricultural land classification ofstudy area,introduced farmland natural quality,utilization,economic index calculation andresults of Chongren county, made clear the relation between agricultural land classificationand basic farmland delimitation: the classification results of agricultural land is quality basis of basic farmland delimitation,agricultural land classification is closely linked thebasic farmland protection zone delimitation scientific and reasonable.The fourth part is empirical study basic farm delimit based on the classification ofagricultural land in Chongren county,analysis current situation of the basic farmlandquantity, quality and spatial layout, made clear Chongren county basic farmland protectiongoal,on the basis of analysis of basic farmland amount and quality,determine the spatialdistribution of basic farmland in Chongren county. To further explore the permanent basicfarm delimit method, offer reference value of permanent basic farmland delimitation.The fifth part is put forward basic farmland protection measures for Chongrencounty,provide further protection for basic farmland delimitation.
