Research On Modern Logistics Cooperation Mode Between Guangxi And Vietnam Under The Cafta Framework

The economic and trade development between Guangxi and Vietnam are promoted after establishment of China - ASEAN Free Trade Area, while it also provides huge logistics development and cooperation spaces for Guangxi and Vietnam. At this stage, Guangxi and Vietnam are in the initial stage of logistics industry, logistics resources can be integrated and modern logistics can be promoted by modern logistics cooperation. Guangxi and Vietnam have certain theoretical and practical basis for the modern logistics cooperation, selecting the appropriate cooperation mode and implementation path of modern logistics are the focus of this paper. Information as the most critical factors of modern logistics will be mentioned throughout the paper.In the course of study, firstly, introducing the meaning of modern logistics and regional logistics cooperation, analysing economic effects of information technology in the development of modem logistics, thinking that the use of information technology can shorten cycle times of modern logistics; studying several canonical modes of modern logistics from the perspective of business mix, resources mix and industrial organization; summing up and studying status quo of logistics cooperation between Guangxi and Vietnam, analysing problems in logistics development and cooperation by value structure chart; analysing the demand and supply situation of logistics from an economic point of view, forecasting logistics demand by regression model and obtaining the results that the scale of modern logistics demand is increasing in Guangxi and Vietnam, and into positive correlation with GDP and international trade; putting forward cooperation mode-spider's web cooperation mode under government promotion, that taking government as the main driving force, major cities nodes as modern logistics centers, using the radiation pattern formed by cobweb model; proposing establishing modern logistics docking channel between Guangxi and Vietnam to achieve cooperation and establishing cooperation and coordination mechanisms; government, business and industry associations should play their own functions in modern logistics cooperation between Guangxi and Vietnam to achieve the goal of modern logistics cooperation between Guangxi and Vietnam; finally, putting forward some constructive suggestions to achieve modern logistics cooperation between Guangxi and Vietnam.
