The Research On Strategy Under The Backround Of "CAFTA" For TPL Company Of Guangxi

Along with the entrance to WTO of China and the global economic integration ,CHINA has become "the factory of the world". The domestic and foreign trades grow very quickly . Besides reducing use of material and raising labor productivity, Logistics is called "the third source of profit". Logistics industry, as a new industry , which is found of transforming with the new and high technology and traditional industrial merger, is developing rapidly in the global range . The current market condition is making people highly regard the function of logistics and arouse the interest of outsourcing of logistics once more. It's more and more important to adjust logistics effectively and reasonably to satisfy the changeable market demand. The logistics is playing the unprecedented role while the outsourcing to third party needs to be given more attention with the strategic question. The implementation of CAFTA has provided the significant strategic opportunity of development for the logistics enterprises of Guangxi. This article studies, compares and analyzes the present situation of logistic delivery of various countries , and further analyze the present situation of third party logistics in GuangXi. At the same time , this article studies and analyze the present situation of logistics in Y Corporation . Finally, the author use the modern theory of logistics, fully to unify Y Corporation's present situation, to draft the developmental strategy plan, hoped this article could give the logistics enterprises in Guangxi the developmental strategy to provide some help and the model.
