Research On Dynamic Alliance Partner Selection Method From Bilateral Perspective

In recent years,the competition in the social market environment has become increasingly fierce,and the importance of cooperation between enterprises has become more and more obvious.Therefore,we began to pay attention to the establishment of dynamic alliance partnership,that is,the establishment of strategic partnership of risk sharing and benefit sharing.The traditional partnership choice ignores the equal choice status of supply and demand,which is not conducive to the establishment of stable partnership.Therefore,from a bilateral perspective,this dissertation studies the bilateral choice of partnership in dynamic alliance.The main research contents of this dissertation are as follows:(1)Firstly,this dissertation studies the bilateral selection of dynamic alliance partners,and puts forward the general dynamic alliance partner bilateral selection strategy and core dynamic alliance partner bilateral selection strategy based on the bilateral perspective according to the characteristics of the problem.(2)Aiming at the problem of general dynamic alliance partner bilateral selection,this dissertation constructs the evaluation index system of general dynamic alliance partner bilateral selection.Considering the selectivity and stability of supply-demand enterprise cooperation,a general dynamic alliance partner bilateral selection model based on improved matching aspiration is constructed.The model extends VIKOR method to multi-format information environment to obtain satisfaction indirectly;In order to solve the bounded rationality problem of decision makers on both sides,prospect theory is introduced to obtain matching aspiration;Then the bilateral matching method is used to realize the optimal bilateral selection of general dynamic alliance partners.(3)Aiming at the problem of bilateral selection of core dynamic alliance partners,an evaluation index system of bilateral selection of core dynamic alliance partners is constructed.Considering the long-term and stable cooperation characteristics of both enterprises,a bilateral selection model of core dynamic alliance partners based on regret theory is constructed.Firstly,the evaluation value calculation method based on relative closeness is proposed;Then,the regret theory is introduced,and combined with the minimum acceptable performance of supply and demand and the expected performance of each other,the improved satisfaction calculation rules are put forward;Finally,the best bilateral selection results of core dynamic alliance partners are obtained through the establishment of bilateral matching model.
