| County economics was the base of national economics. Because county economics' main body was agriculture, country and peasant, it was the key factor of building well-off in an all-round way and realizing China characteristics socialism modernization. Three Rural Issues had always been the crucial issues which the government and the society paid much attention to. China's county took up China's 94.0% of its total land area,70.41% of the total population,5.63% of GDP. There was a great distance between the land area and the national product compared with urban area. If all of the county economics had been improved, which means nearly 900 million peasants had become rich, the level of national economic developmerit would be greatly increased, as well as the level of average income of the people and the whole social stability. Thus, the county economics is the base of enriching our country and peoples.Based on the basic common senses mentioned above, a research on county economics strategic mode in Suizhong was established in the paper. Since Suizhong belonged to Liaoning coasting area, the result of the paper could be the policy suggestions on strategic and planning mode of Liaoning coasting area.Based on the research of the current development situation in Suizhong, A SWOT mode was used in the paper, which deeply and entirely analyzed the strength, weakness, opportunity and the threat of economic and social development in Suizhong. A new suitable way in Suizhong was found, based on the experience of county economics from home and abroad.There was six chapters in the paper. Theoretical and realistic significance, as well as the background was stated in Chapter One. The county economics was defined in Chapter Two, and the theoretical support of the county economics mode research was also stated. A SWOT mode was used in Chapter Three to analyze the economic and social development in Suizhong. The experience and enlightenment of county economics from home and abroad was introduced in Chapter Four. Based on the chapters above, the policy suggestions on Suizhong county economic development was proposed in Chapter Five. Chapter Six concluded all the results of the chapters above.The four research modes on Suizhong development strategy in the paper was: (1) SO strategy mode:When there were both advantage and opportunity in Suizhong, the development should be accelerated and the core competitiveness of Suizhong should be strengthened. (2) WO strategy mode:When there was opportunity, the weakness should not be ignored. The opportunity should be seized during the process of self-improvement. (3) ST strategy mode:Thereat was existed all the time. When facing the competition, Suizhong should strengthen the cooperation with competitors to achieve win-win situation. At the same time, Suizhong should play to its strength and accelerate the industry upgrading. (4) WT strategy mode:When there were both thereat and challenge, and no advantage, Suizhong should sharpen its edge, improve service level and management ability, as well as the infrastructure building.Suizhong should play full use of its location advantage, resource advantage and labor advantage. A couple of characteristic industries should be selected in Suizhong relying on the economic radiation from Qinghuagdao, Tangshan, Beijing and Tianjin. In that way, Suizhong should be the leading area in Liaoning coasting area. |
