30 years of reform and opening up,local governments will attract investment as the main means of the development of local economy.In the process of investment,the development of investment policy is to pull the competitiveness of the most critical way.We are committed to investing in local economic development,but at the same time,it has also led to a lot of investment and policy in the process of attracting foreign investment,The emergence of the problem,an increase of financial burden,resulting in waste of resources,these issues need to conduct systematic research and analysis.According to Suizhong County investment policy classification: industrial policy,land support policies,taxation and support policies,investment and talented personnel labor policy,investment in high-tech policy,investment service policy.This paper uses literature research method,investigation and research method,chart analysis,through investors and business representatives in Suizhong County area and Suizhong county government department staff interviews and questionnaires,and results of the investigation chart analysis,in researching Suizhong County investment policy and its the effect of implementation.The policy of investment has limited the investment space,lead to the low production capacity,disrupted the market fairness,the insufficient supply of talent.The reason is that the government function is not accurate,the concept of the investment policy is unscientific,policy evaluation system is not perfect,the market mechanism is not smooth operation,the policy incentive mechanism is not standardized and other factors.Finally,combined with public policy theory and public policy implementation theory,put forward rationalization proposals,optimize the investment policy,improve the efficiency of investment,into Sui County economic and social development.
