Study On The Correlation Between Financial Difficuties And The Rural Public Product Supply

As a basic finance,county financial is a substantial part in state revenue and expenditure system. Our public finance frame depends on the healthy and steady development of county finance, from this we can also solve issues of agriculture farmer and rural area.The three-dimensional rural issues large areas,including farmers,agriculture and rural issues,while the development of rural economies is a key to the solution to these issues. Under this condition,rural public goods play very important roles in rural development. It is not only related to the stability of rural areas, agricultural development and farmers income, is also key to building a new socialist countryside. How fair and efficient provision of rural public goods for narrowing the development gap between urban and rural areas, improve the living standards of farmers, the smooth realization of building a new socialist countryside and harmonious society's strategic objectives are of great significance.
