Shouguang Rural Highway Upgrade Technology Research

Rural road is an important part of the road network in China,and is an important transport infrastructure for our economic and social development, and also is the key areas in China's highway construction for a long period. For a long time, in our rural road construction and transformation,we faced with financial, time and other disadvantageous factors.So whether to do well in rural road reconstruction technology research program and to find suitable technologies in rural areas, and to reduce the variety of adverse to the smallest amount or degree to accelerate the pace of rural road construction, will be directly related to the building of our well-off society and the achievement of new socialist countryside ambitious goals.First of all, based on the survey data of rural roads of Shouguang City in 2008, the paper sums up several major diseases of the rural roads.Second, by analyzing the basic information of the Shouguang City's natural environment, it illustrates that the Shouguang City's survey data of rural roads disease is universal.Then it analyzes the causes of disease, and gets the characteristics of rural roads disease.Based on the causes of disease in rural roads and analysis of the characteristics, the paper presents five rural road reconstruction technology program, and tests and verifies the strength,economy and project duration of the program.And the paper recommends two kinds of rural road reconstruction technology programs. By analysis it shows that the two programs have better economic and social benefits,so it verifies the results of this study.
