| With the accelerated process of urbanization and sustained economic development in China, the demand for capital is also increasing in urban infrastructure construction. Although our government has put a lot of funds for urban infrastructure construction, but as the infrastructure projects'long construction period, high capital demand, and high risk factors, government investment still cannot meet the needs of urban development. Therefore the study of investment and financing mode of urban infrastructure construction is of great significance to China's infrastructure construction.Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city in Tianjin Binhai New Area as a new type of project, urban infrastructure construction is extremely important. This paper starts with the discussion of Eco-city infrastructure construction's financing mode, learns from successful experience of domestic and foreign public infrastructure construction's financing system. According to Eco-city's green transportation construction planning features, compare analysis of the scope of Eco-city's financing mode, proposing to apply BOT financing mode in the Eco-city. Summarizing and concluding the theory methods of BOT financing mode in the Eco-city's green transportation construction. This paper aims to make some contribution to the viable and innovative development of Eco-city's green transportation construction's financing mode. |
