Research On Procurement Management Of Northeast General Pharmaceutical Factory

with the rapid development of our market economy and the acceleration of economic globalization, competition between enterprise is becoming more and more fierce. As the prominent link in enterprise's production and operating activities, purchasing is all-important for the existence and development of enterprise. More and more enterprise looks on procurement management as an important means of cutting cost, gaining profit and enhancing enterprise's core competition.Northeast general pharmaceutical factory is a state-owned, large-scale pharmacy enterprise with more than sixty years history. As a ever state-owned enterprises in planned economy, the shareholding company has made big progress in procurement management. But there still exist lots of problem in procurement management compared with demand of modern enterprise system to procurement management. Being able to adapt to enterprise's development, and becoming an important profit source of enterprise, procurement management should be all-round analysed. According to analytical results, the existing problems should be identified. Applying the relevant theories of organization administration, technological process management, quality control,and strategy management in modern business administration, and combining the enterprise's existence, We can work out an implementation plan to guide improvement and innovation in procurement management to ensure meeting the demand of enterprise development.The main studies of this dissertation are as follows:(1) The first part sets forth the relevant procurement management theory,makes clear the target, content, and effect of procurement management, summarizes method and idea of procurement management. This part provides a theory for improvement of procurement management in Northeast general pharmaceutical factory.(2) Northeast general pharmaceutical factory's situation and the purchase function is introduced. This part analyses the present situation of procurement management, and discovers where the problem is.(3) using the modern theory on procurement management, and unifing the actual situation of the Northeast general pharmaceutical factory, the third part proposes suggestions on the existent problems in purchasing idea, purchasing way, purchasing flow, purchasing troop, restraint mechanism, the supplier management and so on.(4) In order to apply the above-mentioned suggestion and obtain satisfactory effect, the implementation mechanism is proposed in this part.
