In recent years, Chinese automobile industry has undergone tremendous changes. In the experience of rapid development, smooth growth and rapid growth, China has beat Japan and USA, becoming the largest automobile production and consumption in the world.In the process of rapid development, the domestic auto industry pattern is also experiencing a series of great changes and profound adjustment. The scale of production capacity continues to expand, product categories increased variety, product performance continue to improve, a large number of independent brands poured into the automobile industry, a large number of the state-owned enterprises became group company. China is gradually becoming the car big country.By the global financial crisis, the domestic market competition, and the poor strength of itself, Changhe Automobile——ever for 6 years Miniature car champions, because manage difficult, loss, staying power shortage and helplessly on the reorganization of the road, together with its brothers——Hafei Automobile Company, entered the China Chang'an Automobile Group. After the reorganization, Changhe Automobile is facing the new environment, the new situation and the new problems, looking for the way of the future is unavoidable important strategic issue in front of it.This article adopts some kinds of analysis methods of competition strategy to analyze the inner and outer environment of Changhe Automobile after reorganization, and find out the competitive advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and challenges, working out the strategy and measures participates in the market competition. And also put forward some suggestions on implementing competition strategy of internal security measures, hope it can provide some reference for other automobile enterprise strategic research.
