Kurz Group is a family company with more than 100 years'history. There are 3, 500 employees,9 production plants located in Europe, USA and Asian Pacific Areas,19 subsidiaries and 70 exclusive agents. The products are widely used in various industries, such as package, greeting cards, electronic devices, home applications, cosmetic, textile, furniture, auto spare parts and some other products. Kurz's advanced stamping technology, hologram, magnetic ribbon provides effective and attractive brand protection. The hologram is widely used on banknotes, securities, and credit card which have high requirements of security. Sept 18,2003, Kurz group established her first production plant in mainland China---Kurz Stamping Technology (Hefei) Co,. Ltd.As an important part of Kurz products, stamping tools series products has invented more than 40 years until now, it's well known and quite successful in sales all over the world, with Chinese package market strongly development and big potential in recent decades, Kurz started stamping tools production in 2004.But, with the development of Chinese general industrialization and technical improvement recent years, the differences between both sides are decreasing. Local private companies has obtained very big share of stamping tools market via their fast response, local chain style service, and flexible sales methods. Kurz stamping tools encounters big challenges and embarrassments.In this severe domestic competition, how to utilize internal and external advanced resources, to obtain a reasonable share of such a big potential package market, take further development, it's a big question for Kurz stamping tools which needs serious consideration and discovery.This paper is to study Kurz stamping tools'sales strategy analysis. Via Chinese package material industry and customer conduct research, actual sales strategy, resources, advantages & disadvantages analysis, to find out the shortages in sales management. Combine with sales strategy, systematic sales knowledge, optimize market tactics, improves the flexibilities of competition, and offers guideline for continuous development. Also, offers reference for Chinese package material industry development.
