With the rapid growth economy in China, the tools company have to face more and more complex problems and challenges in the competitive market, How to adapt to the new environment well in Chinese market is very important for many foreign companies. Due to HF company came into the Chinese market too late, HF must face to other foreign companies such as RS, HK, WT in China for high-level tools market, while also have to face many domestic brands such as ST, LYD, LD in the middle-level and low price market competition. How to adapt to Chinese market environment very well and establish a strong, efficient sales channel network is more important for each company.This Thesis studied Shanghai HF tool sales channels and the order process, analyze the main factors leading to poor channel conflict and order process, The paper summarize the defects from HF Company channel management and order process management. The paper using process management (PM) and customer relationship management (CRM) thought, The paper analysis HF existing order process via using the ASME method and IDEF model, then give out the order process optimization and improvement in sales order process program.
