On one hand, with the arrival of the knowledge industry and the globalization, the competitive winner depends on the number of the elites in the enterprises. The development and election in the enterprises management is an available system. On the other hand, numerous celebrated enterprises located in China when we acceded to the WTO so that the phenomenon of the brain drains are obvious in the state-operated enterprises. Internal management of the development and the selection of new members are the keys to solve these issues which both cost savings and the ways to encourage staff to improve the management effectiveness, so improve the effectiveness of training managers is imperative. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to train models for state-owned enterprise managers and multinational status practically and theoretically.This paper summarizes the previous studies and based on state-owned enterprise managers as the research object. Through the research of the literature and the survey research methods, the aim of this paper is to analysis of the current training model of state-owned enterprise managers. Finally, from the perspective of building the training model proposed construction of state-owned enterprise managers at different levels of training mode, this paper is to further elaborated the training model of state-owned enterprise managers to implement specific steps, and proposed training for managers of state-owned enterprises model to implement the safeguards with a certain degree of innovation.
