With the development of telecommunications technology, global Internet business based on the broadband internet such as third generation mobile communication networks and triple internet, are profoundly changing the structures and processes of political, economic and production of our society; and influencing people's lifestyle and status. The rise of e-commerce is a typical representative. Enterprise providing their customers with electronic service has become a trend. Based on this, the concept of telecommunications services channels have been greatly expanded, leading to the channel revolution of telecom operators and booming of Electronic channels. Emergent problems that need to be solved are that how to display the advantages of electronic channels, how to expand whole business service marketing based on the telecom business and 3G technology and, how to improve customers'satisfaction and loyalty. These will be a major strategy to improve telecom operators'competition ability.Electronic channels based on communications technology, especially Internet technology, changes product sales and services development from the traditional model of face to face to customers to machine model (such as computers, mobile phones, self-service terminal). Consumers with terminal equipment can self-order products, access to services. The biggest advantage of Electronic channels is consumer-oriented, consumers will have greater freedom of choice than in the past, they can select products and services according to their personality, characteristics and needs, not subjected to time and geographical constraints. E-channel as a new service concepts and forms of services has an important impact to the telecommunications industry, and are changing the service mode, management mode and competition pattern of telecommunications industry further, bring the traditional telecommunications services a great renovation.As to China, our electronic channels are relatively late started, technology is relatively backward, and development is lagging behind. Many novel problems are emerging. In case that, a truth-seeking sprit is needed to research and solve problems. Take Gansu Unicom electronic channels as our subject, we have work on the following aspects:1. Review on literature of the theory of electronic channels related e-commerce, network economics, long tail theory, services marketing, customer service comprehensive theory and other authority theory of the academic. Study and research the electronic channel architecture, construction planning and other theories.2. Establishment of Gansu, China Unicom, "the construction of an integrated marketing system to create excellent service capabilities, " and proposed implementation plan and steps.3. Provide proposals on the development of electronic channels suitable for Gansu Unicom, which may help the future development of electronic channels of Gansu Unicom.
