Since the year 2001, China has joined WTO, more and more Multinational company entred into China market, they own the kernel of the technology and the sales channel for their brand, but most of Chinese companies, their partner, still act as an OEM factory, somehow, there's a part of Chinese companies, they are not just satisfied with no tech and no brand, still position themselves as a low-end supplier in the global value chain, without profit. To use their limited experience and capital to update the company running way– an OBM way, to own the kernel tech and brand.Firstly, this paper has list the related domestic and foreign research literature for OEM, ODM and OBM, and then, with the typical small and medium-sized enterprises - Suzhou TEK company, it analyzed the process of the existing problems and some countermeasures., as believe the same problems may happened to most of the same kinds of the small and medium-sized enterprises in the same period from OEM to OBM. After that, to provide the corresponding countermeasures to these problems at the end of the paper.
