Research On The Characteristics Of The Planning Of Science And Technology Parks

As a dynamic economic carrier of the city, the science and technology parks have contributed greatly to pushing on industrialization and urbanization, enhancing the overall competitiveness of the city and country and improving the fast growth of the economy and society. In the current rapid development of the city, the lack of the instruction of scientific planning causes problems such as the inadequate life support services in the science and technology parks, the extensive use of land and the weak reserve strength for technological progress. Under present circumstances, it is very urgent and timely to study the zoning and layouts of the science and technology parks in Hefei.Hefei is the core city of Wanjiang City Belt where industrial restructuring model zones are built and the industry type in Hefei will surely transform and upgrade, so it is very necessary to vigorously develop the science and technology parks. However currently there is only high-tech zone in Hefei, so developing the science and technology parks scientifically and reasonably is particularly important for Hefei.The bliographical index and comparative analytic approach are adopted in this thesis to conduct the basic research of the science and technology parks and with the scope of the concept of the parks, the science and technology parks are defined. This thesis introduces the main types of sci-tech parks in the common classification ways and investigates the basic characteristics of the parks. The current situation and the problems of the developing parks are analyzed through the considerations of the types and developing situation of the parks both here and abroad , which include the function structure, the site selection and the space structure and I study the source of the problem in policy, planning and developmental thoughts. On the basis of the researches above and with the study of sci-tech parks as a breakthrough point, the space layout model of Single-cell, multi-core is brought up according to the current and objective situation of Hefei, the advantages of which lies in the simplicity and agility of its development, complementary symbiosis and continuous development with the city, which can suit flexible spatial arrangement of the parks.I choose Hefei Hi-tech Zone as an example and beginning with the development process of the zone, I investigate the planning methods of the science and technology parks from the macro site selection and micro industry layout, which illustrates that the grouped spatial arrangement model of Single-cell, multi-core exists in the process of development and construction of Hi-tech Zone and suitable for the development of the Hi-tech Zone at the present stage. With the rapid development of Hefei and the position of the Hi-tech Zone in the development of Hefei, this thesis proposes the developing goal of building compounded functional Hi-tech zone, which consists of technology park, livable park and ecotypic park, in the spatial arrangement and development idea of single-cell and multi-core, in order to provide some guidance for the construction and development of the science and technology parks of Hefei .
