In recent years, the impact of WTO, food security, low-carbon economy,and inflation, which have serious effect on food industry.Grain enterprises of China are shouldering multiple missions and responsibilities.In addition to external factors,China's grain business itself is faced with many problems.The only out -way is the hard skills of food businesses to improve their competitiveness.As thedevelopment of socialist market economy and the deepening of the grain circulation system reform.Purchase and sale of grain circulation t has shown signs of marketing, management commercialization, diversification and serious competitiveness's pattern.From the initial competition of the monopoly of state-owned grain enterprises to market players'competition under the full liberalization of grain market diversification .From price competition to the existing brands, service, supply chain competition, as a leader in the industry, companies must have the ability to transcend all of its competitors.This capability has become a core element of business survival and a fundament of integrating enterprise resources, attaining competitive advantage and maintaining sustainable development.In this pattern, due to various reasons, the competitiveness of China's grain companies are affected.In this form, choosing the research of competitiveness of enterprises in China of food is necessary.How to improve the competitiveness of China's grain business,under market economy, to meet food security and service the national economy, this is currently an important issue that we need to think.By the competitiveness of China's grain situation analysis,then exploring the competitiveness evaluation index of food enterprise, the article propose to some strategies to enhance the competitiveness of China's grain business on the basis of the analysis of competitiveness factors of grain.
