Remanufacturing Supply Chain Logistics Management Research Of Automotive Industry

With the globalization of the automobile industry, the production and ownership of car has been increasing, the amount of scrapped cars is also increasing. How to effectively deal with scrap cars has become the focus of the development of the automotive industry, and automotive remanufacturing is the best way to solve these problems. Enterprise development automobile remanufacturing supply chain logistics not only improve resource utilization, but also reduce costs. So research manufacturing supply chain logistics management is basis and prerequisite conditions to improve the performance of business operations. The key is remanufacturing supply chain logistics network optimization design in the research of automobile remanufacturing supply chain logistics management ,the network design is reasonable directly related to the performance remanufacturing supply chain logistics management.Paper first analysis and discusses the reverse supply chain logistics and supply chain logistics management, builds operation mode of the reverse supply chain logistics, analysis remanufacturing and the remanufacturing supply chain logistics, builds the structure of remanufacturing supply chain logistics system, and analyze the remanufacturing supply chain and remanufacturing supply chain logistics processes within the enterprise.Secondly, the automotive supply chain logistics and automotive remanufacturing supply chain logistics were discussed, on this basis, analysis the role of automotive remanufacture supply chain logistics and build automotive remanufacturing supply chain logistics network, and analysis the composition, functions and features of the network .Third, the paper analysis the content of automotive remanufacturing supply chain logistics network management, the core of the remanufacturing supply chain logistics is network optimized design of the remanufacturing supply chain management, therefore, the model of automotive remanufacturing supply chain logistics network management has been studied, build the model that recycle a variety of components by mixed integer programming , and analyzed the model , pointed out that the model will solve the problems and deficiencies.Finally, analyzed the factors that affect the development of remanufacturing supply chain logistics network and give some recommendations.
